WUMB Weekly Member Giveaway Rules

(1) To be eligible to win, entrants must be a current WUMB Member

(2) The WUMB Weekly Member Giveaway winner(s) will be selected each Monday at noon unless otherwise stated. The first and subsequent current member who responds (up to the actual number of giveaways for that week) will be the winner(s).

(3) Contest and prize drawings are administered by WUMB personnel, whose decisions are final.

(4) The Prize winner will be notified by mail, email or by phone, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release within 15 days of notification. Any winner who fails to comply within said 15-day period or who cannot be located either by phone, email or registered mail will forfeit the prize. WUMB shall draw two (2) alternate, eligible prize winners at the same time, who will be awarded the prize in the event that the initial prize winner does not claim or forfeits the prize.

(5) Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

(6) WUMB reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

(7) No prize substitution by the winner is permitted.

(8) The prize is subject to any and all policies and restrictions of the prize donor.

9) All applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

(10) Limit two prizes per household per year. WUMB employees, suppliers and their families are ineligible. All winners names will be posted on the WUMB web site.

(11) All federal, state and local laws apply.

(12) The list of prize winners will be available on the Monday of each following week.

(13) By participation, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void.

(14) Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

(15) The WUMB Weekly Member Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
