Full Steam Ahead for Spring and Summer!

WUMB’s first ever Spring Weekend Acoustic Music Camp, The Singer and the Song, will take place from May 5-7 at the Grotonwood Conference Center in Groton, MA. This camp is for aspiring and experienced singers and songwriters who would like to discover, develop and hone their singing, songwriting and performance skills with world-class instructors, nestled in a beautiful New England woodland setting. Our faculty for the weekend includes John Doerschuk, Bob Franke, Lorraine and Bennett Hammond, Christine Lavin, Kate Long, David Massengill, and Sloan Wainwright. We are very excited to inaugurate this new addition to our Acoustic Music Camp program!

And this summer, WUMB’s Summer Acoustic Music Week is entering its 22nd year with a fantastic line-up of instructors for each of two weeks, July 9-15 and August 13-19. Read More…
