Fees & Policies

2014 Fees

  • Inn, 3rd Floor and Cottages: $900 Member / $950 Non-Member
  • *Inn 2nd Floor: $975 Member / $1000 Non-Member
  • *Inn 2nd Fl. Double Bed, & Tree Line Cabins: $1000 Member / $1025 Non Member

Payment

  • A deposit of $250 for each session reserves your space.
  • Payment balance is due by May 1, 2014 for Week 1.
  • Payment balance is due by June 1, 2014 for Week 2.

Cancellation Policy

  • Week One: Cancellation by May 1, 2014, Week Two: Cancellation by June 1,2014: Full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
  • Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the start of either camp session: full refund minus $125 processing fee.
  • Cancellation within four weeks up to start of each camp session: $250 deposit non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after start of camp: all payments non-refundable.
  • Phone cancellations must be followed by confirmation in writing either by emailing samw@umb.edu or sending in a written consent/acknowledgement to SAMW/WUMB 100 Morrissey Blvd. Boston MA 02125.

Additional Information

  • * The 2nd floor of the Inn and Tree Line Cabin rooms are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. If balance is not paid in full by May 1, 2014 for session one, and June 1, 2014 for session 2, reservations for these rooms will be cancelled and a $150 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Minimum age for enrollment is 18.
  • Space is limited.
